Three of the 30 injured, who were in critical condition, have been rushed to Bengaluru and Salem Seven persons, including two women, were killed and 30 others injured in a bus-lorry collision on Krishnagiri-Hosur National Highway near Sundagiri on Sunday. Of the injured, three who were in critical condition, have been referred to private hospitals in Bengaluru and Salem. The Hosur-bound private bus left Krishnagiri around 1.15 p.m. carrying nearly 40 passengers. It was crossing Chinnar along the highway when a container lorry from Hosur took a U-turn near Sundagiri. The bus crashed into the lorry killing four people on the spot. Two persons died at the Krishnagiri Government Hospital and one died at the Hosur Government Hospital.
